Moving Into Q3

As we are coming into Summer of 2021 it seems appropriate to do a bit of recalibrating when it comes to our professional life/routine. A few things that have helped us bring a sense of freshness include:

App — Breathing Zone : https://www.breathing.zone/ 

Daily Routine Change — While coffee brews, or tea steeps, take 10 minutes to stretch your body; After sitting for 2-3 hours, take 5 mins to stand and move around, take a walk outside, call a friend; Leave your desk for lunch, if at home, sit somewhere else, if back at the office, at least put your computer to sleep and notifications on silent for at least 30min to allow your mind and your body to take a break and “step away.”
